NEW FABRIC! Amy Butler Fabric and Michael Miller fabric! YEAH! Love This fabric!

Okay, I found the best fabric recently. I plan to make 3 dresses out of the pink side and bibs and burp cloths out of the green/blue boy side. Also plan to go back to Lawrence Kansas and visit Sarah's Fabrics and stock up on more Amy Butler coordinates for my new sewing room. The bib is made in one of Michael Millers brand new juvenile lines. I love it because it says baby without being hideous! Cute, yet still hip. The deer dress below is the same story. Also by Michael Miller.

My new sewing room!!!!

Here is the first post of my new sewing room in progress. Right now it has become extrememly challenging to sew with my two little ones. I put up a gate that streches across the room so I can protect my new amazing (very expensive) sewing machine and embroiderey machine, but just about every two minutes he is scaling the gate and grabbing scissors, pins, fabrics and everything in site. So, my fater-in-law is going to build me a dutch door so I can lock the children out, but still see them to supervise them. So needless to say, I can't wait to have my room finished so I can sew in peace! I chose a great victorian style wallpaper and will be painting it about the same color as my blog background. My closet will remain open with a curtain and painted a raspberry color. I have ordered my countertops in a green stripe and will line two walls. One being 30x72 and the other 25x72. The ceiling will be covered in white beadboard and the floor will be vinyl hardwood flooring. I am so excited about the progress of my room and hope to have it completed in a couple of weeks! My father did an amazing job with the wallpaper, don't you think?

I'm so excited to show you my new t-shirt design called "Peanuts". It looks amazing! I have 6 other designs that will debut at my show this Thursday night! My husband designed all of my new t-shirts, so they are amazing! I hope you like it as much as I do.

Thanks!

Squeaks and Beeps

Hi there! I am a stay at home mom of two adorable babies Hazel and Jasper. I started my business about a year ago because I struggled to find quality, contemporary yet functional baby items, especially for my little boy. My husband is a designer and he is a great resource for color choices. Together we make an excellent team. Since I began my journey a year ago, I have expanded from nursing covers, slings, bibs, burp cloths and changing pads now to applique tees, dresses, mommy messenger bags and more! Here is a collection of my products. I am currently selling to an amazing boutique in the Chicago area called The Belly Factory as well as local clients. I hope you enjoy!
